OMP designs and manufactures RF & Microwave Subsystems and Antennas in the 0.5 to 25 GHz frequency range. We have a very experienced staff with many years of industry design experience and several of them hold PhDs in their fields of expertise. We have a large library of designs and have state of the art design tools including 3D electromagnetic and non-linear simulation capabilities. OMP has a well equipped laboratory and is ISO 9001-2008 certified. OMP has strategic alliances with highly experienced manufacturing partners who can quickly convert designs into production products.

Unlike most traditional companies OMP has no standard products. Our strategy is to develop application specific products when no catalog products are available in the marketplace. This portion of our business represents the majority of our overall activity. Our agility in being able to quickly and cost effectively develop products has earned us a very favorable reputation with our customers. Our customers appreciate the control they have over our Product Development Cycle.

In addition to the products we develop for our customers, we engage in research projects. These constitute only a small portion of our workload and must lead to the development of a product. Many times such projects have led us to develop related products quickly and cost effectively for our customers.

We are typically a "fit" with customers who cannot find standard products for their applications or do not wish to use in house resources to design them. OMP's process is that we take the design from the conceptual stage all the way through manufacturing, retaining overall responsibility throughout the product's life cycle. We basically design at cost and count on making our profit from the revenue generated from the resulting production. Most of our production quantities are small to medium volume.

OMP has offices in North America and in Europe, alliances with several industrial and academic partners and professional independent Field Sales organizations in the USA, Canada and Europe.
