Scope of Compliance
Our program covers environmental regulations, resource efficiency, and social responsibility. This includes compliance with REACH and RoHS, improvements in material efficiency, respect for human rights, and conflict minerals reporting. Each element is embedded into our Quality Management System.

Conflict Minerals
We comply with the U.S. Dodd-Frank Act Section 1502 and the EU Conflict Minerals Regulation, ensuring responsible sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (3TG).
We report annually using the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT)
REACH/RoHS
Orban Microwave is committed to meeting international product safety and material regulations.
We design and manufacture all products in compliance with the EU REACH Regulation (EC 1907/2006) and the EU RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU, including amendments such as RoHS 3).

We are committed to fair labor practices, safe working conditions, and respect for the dignity and rights of all individuals.

Material Efficiency & Circularity
We are improving transparency on recycled content and product carbon footprints by 2027.
