Helical Antennas

Helical antennas can be configured for low or high gain depending on application needs.

Normal-mode helices provide omnidirectional coverage and are often used in portable and mobile systems at VHF and UHF.

Axial-mode helices, operating in the endfire direction, deliver higher gain, wide bandwidth, and circular polarization, making them suitable for terrestrial and space applications.
